The main objectives of this project is to study building construction based on the choosen residential houses. Cendana is a modern semi- detached house located in Setia Eco Park, Selangor. The house is designed with space that has its own swimming pool and spaces for family lifestyle. It is a cluster of semi detached houses, sitting in a lush green belt of landscpae greenery.
