The challenge of this project is to design the Office Showroom for a one of the Real Estate Company. SP Setia is the developer I chose to design for. This project aim to create a conversation and concept that will stimulate new ideas for enabling productive, sustainable and healthy workplace & showroom. The site for this project is located in Georgetown, Penang. Penang is located in North of Malaysia. It is well-known for architectural building that left after the British colonization. The building for is project is also a part of Unesco history building that represent the Art Deco elements.
